Assumptions to be examined, not opinions to be defended.
Every engagement runs on the same loop: understand, prototype, validate, build — in short, visible cycles, with the client inside the process rather than waiting for a reveal.
Brief & requirements
Business goals, user goals, and back-end constraints are mapped together before anything is designed.
Prototype & validate
Wireframes and prototypes are tested with real users early. A minimal version is proven before complexity is added.
Build, in iterations
Short sprints, a clear Definition of Done, reviewed at every step. Problems are fixed as work progresses, not discovered after delivery.
Live, and maintained
Systems are handed over cleanly and kept current — updates on request, not a costly redevelopment every few years. Backups are stored in a separate data centre, and a tested recovery plan is offered as standard.
What this looks like day to day
A clear definition of “done”
Before work starts, we agree with you what finished means: tested, reviewed, and working as intended. Nothing is called done until it meets that standard.
Reviews that change something
After each sprint, the work is reviewed with you, your stakeholders, and the people who will use it, not only within the team. Real feedback decides what changes next.
Short investigations instead of guesses
When a question can't be answered upfront, we spend a small, fixed amount of time finding out. Estimates are then based on facts, not hope.
Shared understanding, checked
If the team can't repeat a problem back in its own words, it isn't ready to be built.
"We design for correct understanding, confident use, and proportional presentation — so the content carries the message, not the decoration."
